Find relief through mindful, compassionate movement
Therapeutic and restorative yoga that meets you where you are — with safety, attunement, and choice at the centre.
All bodies. All abilities. All welcome.
At Hope & Healing, yoga isn’t about pushing, fixing, or achieving poses.
It’s about creating the conditions for safety, awareness, and ease — and trusting the body’s capacity to respond.
This work draws on nervous system regulation, pain science, and compassionate embodiment, alongside a feminine-informed perspective that honours cycles, rhythms, and life transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, and other meaningful shifts in the body’s lived experience.
A different way of practicing yoga
Safety
By supporting regulation through mindful practice before focusing on strength and mobility, the nervous system feels safer, allowing the body to soften, move, and rest more easily.
Attunement
Pain and sensation are meaningful messengers, not something to ignore or fight.
Here, we learn to listen.
Movements are paced, adaptable, and responsive to how your body feels - moment to moment.
Autonomy
Your practice, your pace.
Only you know your body's needs and capabilities.
Stillness is always welcome, and you're encouraged to honour what feels supportive in each moment.
Yoga that works with your body - not against it
Class Options
Each of the class options reflects a nervous-system-sensitive approach that respects how bodies adapt, change, and evolve over time — including hormonal rhythms and life-stage transitions.
